GLEN WILKINSON BEng (Hons), MSc, CEng, MRAeS
A Chartered Engineer with 25 years of experience of Safety Engineering, Safety Management and Consultancy in both the Defence and Civilian markets.
A proven leader with a successful track-record of business management in consulting and technology organisations. Glen enjoys tackling complex issues, whether it be strategic operations, project delivery challenges or mentoring and coaching of staff. Glen is a motivated and enthusiastic leader, who believes in developing high-performing teams that have the right skills to meet both their personal and work objectives.
Glen has guided teams through organisational change and challenged them to continuously improve. He has inspired teams to innovate and operate in new ways specifically in designing the right organisation to deliver the chosen strategies by applying Strategic Operations & Risk Management approaches.
Glen has led multi-disciplined, internationally dispersed teams and encouraged new ways of thinking to capture and deliver challenging and complex projects and programmes across various domains, industries and government organisations around the world.
